Oh No........

It was a very eventful day at school today. I was covering in a room and a mom came in and asked me if my car was the Chevy Malibu in the parking lot. I said "Yes" and she said she HIT it. I was shocked. The passenger side front door has a good size dent in it. Through the rigamaroo and being on the phone for half the morning, I finally called the police. Apparently, the police don't come out to accidents that happen on private property. So, I had to go online and find a accident form, call my mom, and Jeremy about a hundred times;) and then call my insurance agent. Tonight after work, I went to a dealership and got an estimate and holy crap!!! The low estimate was $1400.00. I almost fell over. Fourtenn hundred for a door. I see where body shops make their money!!! But luckily the parent has insurance and I won't have to pay anything. The only things that sucks is that it will take at least four days to fix it!!! So here are some pictures of the car; they aren't the best, but it is hard to get the right angle and it to show up on a gold car.

Tree Cutting Day

On Saturday all the kids met out at mom's to do some tree cutting. Chad got the honors of using his new chain saw and Jason got to drive the tractor. The job of carrying brush to the fire pile was Jacob's job. I got to stay in the nice warm house and help mom cook lunch. I did venture out a couple times for picutres and to see how things were going. It was a lot of hard work but the boys worked great together and there were no fights.....amazing!!!! Next time we work, I think someone should go through mom's cupboards first and throw out the things that are outdated!!!!!:)
Here goes the first tree!!
Trying to push it over with the tractor.

What you don't see in this picture is more funny!!!! Over to the right is a bush pile and apparently my mom's pet bunny lives in there. Well, when that tree hit the ground, that little bunny hopped so fast out of there. Jason said it took about two hops and it was under the deck. Poor thing will probably never come and visit again!!

Tree No#2. This is the tree that for years we thought was a silver maple. It's not. It is some kind of hybird tree that I don't remember.

Run Chad!!!! This one didn't fall in the place it was supposed to. Chad was cutting it up afterwards and with his new chain saw hit a fence post that the tree had landed on. Good thing he got a couple chains!!! Good work boys!!!!

Christmas picture----2007, Our first Christmas as husband and wife. And yes, it was a little after Christmas and our tree is gone....but still cute!

More Wedding Pictures

Outside of VisionQuest.....it was a beatuiful day!!!!!
Remember when I said my bridesmaids helped me through the day. Well, let me tell you, Aimee sure knows how to make a Bride cry. Anytime, ask her about the fish sandwich she ate. I bet she will love to tell you the story. I am so glad that she was there to share our special day. I couldn't ask for anyone who could make me cry and laugh in the same day. She is the best and couldn't ask for a better maid of honor.

Strike a Pose for a kiss!!! Jacob, Max, and Chad

I know Jim is Aimee's boyfriend, but if Max would be a little older..........................He is just so cute!!!!

My whole family: brothers, Jacob, Jason, and Chad, my sister-in-law, Angie and Mom, Helen. Don't they all look wonderful!!!
